The definition of eco-friendly fabric is very broad, which is also attributed to the broad definition of fabric. General environmentally friendly fabrics can be regarded as low-carbon energy saving, natural environmentally friendly recyclable fabrics that do not contain harmful substances.

Environmentally friendly fabrics can be roughly divided into two categories: living environmentally friendly fabrics and industrial environmentally friendly fabrics.

Environmentally friendly living fabrics are usually composed of tweed fabrics, organic cotton, colored cotton, bamboo fiber, soy protein fiber, hemp fiber, modal, organic wool, log tencel and other fabrics.

Industrial environmentally friendly fabrics are composed of inorganic non-metallic materials such as pvc, polyester fiber, glass fiber and metal materials, and have achieved environmental protection, energy saving and recycling effects in actual use.

Recycled polyester fabric

Woolen fabric is a new type of recycled environmental protection fabric, the full name is recycled pet fabric (recycled polyester fabric), its raw material is recycled Baute bottle after quality inspection separation, slice, stretch, cooling, collection made of recycled yarn. It's called the Coke bottle eco-friendly cloth. The fabric is recyclable and can save energy, reduce fuel consumption and reduce CO2 emissions. Each pound of recycled rpet fabric saves 61,000 btu of energy, equivalent to 21 pounds of carbon dioxide. After environmentally friendly dyeing, coating and calendering, the fabric can also be tested by mtl, sgs and other international standards. Among them, phthalates (6p), formaldehyde, lead (pb), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, nonylphenol and other environmental indicators have reached the latest European environmental standards and the latest American environmental standards.

Organic cotton

Organic cotton is organically produced cotton in agricultural production, with organic fertilizer, biological control of pests and diseases, and natural agricultural management. Ban the use of chemicals, from seeds to agricultural products. The content of toxic and hazardous substances such as pesticides, heavy metals, nitrates, pests (including microorganisms, parasite eggs, etc.) is determined using the "Agricultural Safety Quality Standards" issued by countries or WTO/FAO as the measurement scale. Cotton shall be controlled within the limits specified by standard commodities and certified cotton.

Colored cotton

Colored cotton is a new kind of cotton with natural color. Natural colored cotton is a new type of textile raw material cultivated by modern bioengineering technology. When cotton is spun, it has natural colored fibers. Compared with ordinary cotton, it is soft, breathable, elastic and comfortable to wear, so it is also known as advanced ecological cotton. Internationally known as zeropollution (zeropollution). Because organic cotton must maintain its all-natural properties during cultivation and weaving, it cannot be dyed with existing chemical synthetic dyes. Only natural vegetable dyes are used for natural dyeing. Naturally dyed organic cotton has more colors and can meet more needs. Experts predict that brown and green will become popular clothing colors in the early 21st century. It embodies the trend of ecology, nature, leisure and fashion. In addition to brown and green, colored cotton clothing is gradually developing into blue, purple, gray red, brown and other colors of clothing.
