Ordinary velvety series: Ordinary velvety is made of double-width interleaved plain weave, the bottom warp and velvet warp are arranged at intervals, and the weft is woven at the same time, and then cut. These warp and weft threads can be selected from single yarn or multiple strands to weave into velvet and velours. It can be woven into various sizes with different deniers. Through a variety of different arrangements and combinations, can produce a variety of different specifications of pure cotton velvety products. Changes in composition specifications result in corresponding changes in the thickness, feel and weight per square meter of the fabric and affect a range of processes, such as dyeing and printing speed and pre-treatment. Even the equipment is not universal.
Weft velveteen series: Common velveteen structure, due to the many intersection points of the warp and weft, the fabric is tight and feels tight. This weft is replaced with two heavy wefts, and one weft is interwoven with the warp to obtain a heavy pile. By choosing different denier's warp and weft to weave different warp and weft densities and widths, we can also develop many different weft weights series of velvets. As the weft fleece warp and weft weave points decrease, the feel becomes softer. Soft structures are prone to wrinkles during dyeing and finishing. Therefore, the weft velvety dyeing and finishing must take corresponding measures to prevent wrinkling. In addition, due to the addition of weft in the weft weighted velvety structure, the number of velvet warp on the surface of the pile is relatively reduced, and the pile becomes sparse and easily exposed. For this product, brushing and other treatments must be strengthened after finishing to fluff up the fluff and pour it into one side to hide the undercoating phenomenon and increase the smoothness and fullness of the suede.
Multi-fiber interwoven velvet series: Glitter velvet In the structure of ordinary velvet, ordinary viscose silk and other recycled fibers are selected as swan velvet warp to form glitter velvet. Because the surface of these recycled fibers is smooth and clean, it is easy to reflect light in the same direction and glow brightly. In addition, the internal microstructure has less crystal area and higher colorance. After printing, the color is very bright, turned into velveteen. Because the surface of the regenerated fiber is smooth, the friction resistance between the nodes interwoven with the weft is small. When used for clothing, these fluff are easy to fall off during wearing. Therefore, glitter velvet is usually only suitable for curtains, curtains and other decorations. It is rarely used in clothing.
Snow flannelette: Ordinary flannelette and weft heavy flannelette can be made into snow flannelette. Velvet warp is made of polyester cotton blend yarn, the polyester component is not dyed during the dyeing process, so the polyester fibers in suede remain white and are evenly mixed on the surface. In the dyed gloss, the effect is like snowflakes. The dyeing and finishing of snowflake velvet can be carried out in accordance with the ordinary process of pure cotton velvet.
Interval flannelette: If the velvet warp is periodically separated from pure cotton and recycled fibers, and the appropriate width is selected, then a variety of different specifications of interval flannelette are woven. Due to the different dyeing rates of cotton and recycled fibers, although the dyeing process is the same as that of ordinary pure cotton velvet, two completely different dyeing effects can be obtained, just like sewing and sewing with two different fabrics.
Insert velveteen: In the cotton velveteen warp, several polyester fillets are appropriately woven to create an insert velveteen. These polyester filaments can be raw white or dyed. Because these polyester yarns have excellent dyeing fastness, they do not affect each other during the entire velvety dyeing and finishing process. Various lines will appear on the velveteen surface.
